My new LMT'D is amazing!

I got the LMT'D a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it! The ride is so smooth and the power is incredible. I've been zipping around town everywhere. It arrived quicker than I expected too. I'm already planning my next purchase from Ride1Up. Definitely recommend them to all my friends!

Prodigy v2 for commuting

I purchased the Prodigy v2 for my daily commute. The bike itself is fantastic; the mid-drive motor handles hills really well, and the battery range is as advertised. Delivery took about 9 days, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but it arrived well-packaged without any damage. My one minor critique is that the instruction manual could be clearer on some of the display settings. I figured it out eventually, but a better guide would have saved some time. Value for money is definitely there though, I'm happy with the purchase.

Good experience with Turris

I ordered the Turris e-bike last month. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, no hiccups there. Shipping took about a week and a half to get to my place in California, which felt reasonable for such a large item. The bike was mostly assembled, just needed to attach the front wheel and handlebars, which wasn't too difficult with the included tools. The quality seems solid for the price point. I did have a question about registering the warranty, and customer support got back to me within a day with helpful instructions. Overall, a positive experience.

Core-5 is pretty sweet

Just got my Core-5 a few days ago. It's really fun to ride, way easier than I thought. I've been taking it to work and back, and it's been a breeze. Putting it together wasn't too bad, just followed the video they had. No complaints, it's a good bike.

Another solid purchase

This was my third order from Ride1Up, this time for the Cafe Cruiser, and they've been consistently good. I previously bought a 700 Series and some accessories. The Cafe Cruiser arrived in about 6 days, just like my last bike. Packaging was robust as usual. The quality of their bikes has always impressed me for the price; they hold up well. It's why I keep coming back. No surprises, just reliable service and good products.

Do these bikes come mostly assembled or am I gonna be building it from scratch?

S Sam 1 month ago
Mostly assembled. You'll have to put on the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and maybe a few other small bits. Not too bad, took me like an hour.

It's not fully built out of the box, but it's not a full IKEA project either. The main frame and motor stuff is usually together. You'll need some basic tools though.

Are these bikes legit? Like, I've seen some cheap e-bikes online that just fall apart. Ride1up seems good but wanna confirm.

M Mark B. 2 months ago
Totally legit. I've had my Cafe Cruiser for almost a year, rides great. They're a direct-to-consumer brand, so that's why the prices are pretty competitive for the quality.

Mine's been solid. Heard good things about their customer service too if anything does pop up. You're not buying some random knockoff.

How does Affirm work with them? Can I use it for any bike?

B Ben E. 2 months ago
I used Affirm for my Turris. It pops up as a payment option at checkout if your order qualifies. Pretty straightforward.

Yeah, Affirm is an option. It's basically a payment plan, you apply during checkout and they tell you if you're approved and what your monthly payments would be.

Hey, thinking about grabbing a Prodigy. How long does shipping usually take to, like, Florida? Need it before my vacation next month.

D David 1 month ago
Mine took about a week and a half to get to Miami. Pretty quick actually.

Yeah, I'm in Orlando, got my 700 Series in like 8 days. They ship from California so depends on how far you are from there.

Thinking between the Ride1up 700 Series and a Rad Power bike. Anyone got experience with both? What's the main difference?

B Ben 2 months ago
I went with the 700 Series over Rad because of the motor power and the components just felt a little more premium for the price. Rad is good, but Ride1up felt like a step up without breaking the bank.

Rad has more physical stores if you wanna test ride, but Ride1up bikes generally have better specs for the money, especially motor-wise. My friend has a Radwagon and I like my Prodigy more.
